CHECKMATE is a yearly funding call-to-action aimed at solo developers and small teams looking for development finishing funds or marketing financial support, for projects with launch windows planned up until end of Q2 2027.
CHECKMATE 2.0 has a strict funding cap of 100.000 USD per approved project. We offer tailor made proposals, based on the needs of each individual project. What we can promise is a friendly day one rev-share model, full dev creative and decisional control on both game development and marketing efforts, as well as no strict stress-inducing milestone system.
